Does it cost me anything?
No. We charge care providers a monthly fee for hiring you. We do not charge you anything, and we never will.
What do you do with the video I record?
We have found that short videos, 1-2 minutes long, are the best way to showcase your personality to our partners. The video you record will become the centrepiece of your profile. It will only ever be shared with care providers who may like to interview you. It will never be shared publicly.
How long will it take?
Creating your profile in the app is very simple and should take about ten minutes. Once your profile is created we'll immediately start matching you with care providers, and often you'll get matched within a couple of days. However, we cannot guarantee that you will find a role. The best way to increase your chances is to make sure your profile is fully up to date. If you do find a role, most people start their new job within 3-4 weeks but it can be faster if you don't need to relocate.
What happens after I get a job offer?
Once you get hired we get to work straight away to support you to switch your visa. You'll complete your compliance in our mobile app so there is no form filling. If you need to move house to start your new job, we'll help you find a new house. Our team are here to help you not just during the transition but for the whole time you are working.
Is this a scam?
No. We understand that there are unethical people charging overseas care workers a lot of money for a certificate of sponsorship. This is unlawful and wrong. We never charge care workers anything. We work with a range of bodies including Unison, the Home Care Association, and local Home Office organisations signpost people to us because we are ethical and clear. We are regulated immigration advisors. This means we are registered with the Office of Immigration Services Commission. Our registration number is F202432152.
