We pay your Home Office fees

Without Lifted, you will pay £1239-£3239 to sponsor someone for three years. And that's just the Home Office fee, before you get to recruitment and lawyers costs. We've run a care business. We know cash flow is key so we tried to make Sponsorship affordable by paying your Home Office fees for you. That way you can get the benefits Sponsorship without the high up front costs.  

No hidden fees

With us, everything is included, even the DBS. You have no additional fees, ever. We don't charge by the hour for speaking to our immigration advisors, we don't charge for using the platform. Everhting is included so you know exactly what you are spending and when.

Only pay if you hire

It is completely free to sign up to the platform, view candidates and interview. We won't charge you unless you hire, because we believe that we should only benefit if you benefit. If a member of staff leaves you for any reasons, you stop paying immediately.

Sponsorship traditionally involves large up front fees of thousands of pounds to the Home Office, making it unaffordable for many great Care Providers. We pay these fees so we carry the risk and you get all of the benefits of Sponsorship Recruitment.

We only grow if you grow

We want to be your long term talent partner, so if we hire someone and it doesn't work out, you stop paying us immediately. We are out of pocket, not you.

We can ensure Carers are treated well

A monthly fee means we can provide comprehensive support to you and your new member(s) of staff. It also means we are financially incentivised to ensure staff are treated ethically.
